Afzal Hossain is a Bangladeshi actor, director, writer, poet and painter. In the mid-1970s, Afzal started his acting career in theatrical productions. Later on, he was enlisted as an actor of BTV and since then he starred in several TV dramas. Some of his mentionable works in TV dramas are: Bohubrihi, Hridoy Theke Paowa, Kobita Shundor, U-Turn, Chhutir Ek Dine, Bhul Kore and Shudhu Tomar Jonno. He also appeared in three movies which are namely Dui Jibon, Notun Bou and Palabi Kothay. Besides appearing on TV and films, Afzal has been busy with making TVC since 1984.
